Considered by many as the ‘father of the modern food retail in the country’, he has created iconic brands such as Copper Chimney and is the inspiration behind the establishment of K Hospitality Corp – an F&B dedicated conglomerate operating across over 400 F&B locations in India and expanding into the Middle East. For his on-going and exemplary efforts in the field of airport F&B, Mr. Kapur was honoured with the Most Outstanding Individual – Contribution to Airport Food & Beverage Award at the Airport Food and Beverage Conference & Awards organized by The Moodie Report in Manchester.

Mr. Beat Ehlers is leading Performa, gategroup’s lounge service provider and is being considered as a true expert in the field of premium hospitality and culinary excellence with more than 30 years of professional experience. Brought up as Chef in 5* Hotels in Switzerland and having worked in various locations such as Spain, Italy, Germany, UK and USA, both in the airline and catering industry, Mr. Ehlers brings a wealth of international experience to successfully design and manage bespoke lounge concepts for airports and airlines around the World. He graduated from the hotel management school in Lucerne and holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Wales. Mr. Ehlers further received the prestigious Mercury Industry Award for realizing a winning culinary program for gategroup.

Gaurav is a seasoned business leader & a foodie at heart with consolidated 15+ years of experience in managing large scale business operations, marketing strategy and P&L responsibility. He has a proven track record of building performance driven teams and driving incremental revenue market share. Gaurav has an entrepreneurial bent of mind and a passion for mobilizing people for accomplishment of goals and driving explosive growth. He has led cross country and multi-channel teams from strategy definition to revenue & margin growth. One of the key strengths that Gaurav brings to table is his strong consumer understanding across emerging & mature markets. He loves to work with diverse consumer segments and has displayed ability to convert consumer insights to workable business models leading to competitive differentiation and incremental revenues. Gaurav is highly passionate for people & believes in creating a strong cross pollination of varied fundamentals, business simplification, consumer analytics, knowledge sharing and process streamlining across businesses. In his previous assignments, Gaurav has been working with some of the biggest telecom companies in the world & in India namely Bharti Airtel, Reliance Communications & Idea Cellular. Gaurav has done his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Greenwich, London and is a distinction holder in financial accounting during his graduation from Delhi University, India. Gaurav is married to Pallavi, who is a senior level HR professional working with a top telecom company at their Corporate Office in Mumbai, India.

With an overall experience of 20 years in Hospitality industry in India as well as International market Mr Kerrsi Rusi Mistry brings his expertise on to the table in terms of Operation as well as Commercials which is a unique bland in every successful business. His key strengths on commercial areas lies in Strategic commercial development with opportunities which can be offered to partners from different streams of businesses both on Land site as well as Air site. In his previous assignment, Kerrsi was with RCCL Cruises as Food & Beverage Director followed by land site assignment like Ruby Tuesday, Manchester United, Serafina, Irish House & Haagen Dazs. Kerrsi has persuaded his Bachelors ‘In Hotel Management form AHMA Michigan University USA followed with Masters in Business Administration from Eton University USA.

Methilda is a consummate senior executive professional with a passion for high quality customer service. She has over 30 years’ experience in the airline and hospitality industry, including working with iconic full service airlines renowned for the quality of their product. She has a demonstrated commitment to the importance of customer service aligned with sound commercial management. She has successfully opened and operated lounges worldwide on behalf of both airlines and airports, this includes start up, staff recruitment, training, service design and quality management as well as on going operation. She has a proven record of creating multi-cultural, high performance delivery teams.

Hubertus Henning is a devoted hospitality professional with a specialisation in hotel operations and airport lounge management. Hubertus graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business in Hospitality and Tourism from the University Centre Cesar Ritz In Switzerland and is part of the honourable hospitality society eta sigma delta. Hubertus has gained his professional education in Switzerland, United States, United Kingdom and India and has a proven track record in opening Hotels and Airport Lounges in various locations. Hubertus is a determined leader who leads by example and strives to inspire his staff. He not only creates a community around him but he encourages loyalty and team spirit whilst being attentive to costumer care and needs.
