  • The list of mobile projects candidates has worked/completed with link of the same and their role (developer/project manager/tester etc.)
  • The list of digital marketing projects candidates has worked/completed with link of the same and their role (SEO/Social/Project manger etc.). what they have achieved and how i.e. number of visits, page, views, click etc. What tool they have used google analytics, hootsuite etc.

Manages website/application design, development, and maintenance projects with team/vendors to ensure superior Customer (internal) experience.

  • Directs SEO/SEM activities to drive quality traffic to websites and reviews customer and stakeholder feedback and develops improvement plans for websites/applications
  • Develops and executes a web & marketing technology strategy and roadmap and defines website success metrics and implements website tracking & analytics to measure performance
  • Collaborates with IT and external vendors/partners as needed to accomplish goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Information Technology field

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3-5 or more years web & marketing technology experience
  • Coding languages including PHP, java, Asp.Net C#, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS etc Backend databases such as SQL server and MySQL
  • Marketing automation, CMS, and CRM systems
  • Responsive design techniques
  • Microsoft Visual Studio, MVC, Web Service Development, and Unit testing
  • Google Analytics
  • Web content regionalization and translation strategies
  • Familiar with current Marketing and Communications strategies and concepts
  • Negotiating with and managing external vendors/partners
  • Leading and directing the work of others
  • Agile development experience a plus

The project/s details completed by candidates including web, mobile, digital etc with their role and responsibility in the project

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to the lounge in a warm, courteous and professional manner
  • Understand all the offerings and facilities of the lounge in order to explain them to guests
  • Have a firm grasp of the designated airline’s product knowledge.
  • Be able to assist guests with specific requests in the lounge
  • Offer guests their choice of drinks or items from the buffet area
  • Maintain guest-facing lounge areas, including the dining area, bar and buffet, in an excellent condition at all times
  • Clean and clear passenger tables within a certain time frame
  • Interact with passengers
  • Ensure all food and beverages are displayed according to specifications
  • Ensure that the bars, condiments, glasses, cups, etc are neatly set up
  • Maintain a high level of service delivery
  • Maintain company standards of grooming and personal hygiene
  • Build rapport with guests and aim for 100% customer satisfaction
  • Report any customer feedback (complaints and compliments) and take remedial action where possible.

Education:

  • 1) HSC passed or Graduate

Communication Skills:

  • Fluent in English and any additional language will be a plus
  • Team player with positive attitude
